The method · in full
Four rules. Built into the system.
The product is not motivation. It is a structure for keeping an honest record long enough for a real coach to adjust what you are doing.
01. Seal the day
Only sealed days count. Marking is easy; sealing is the separate act that says the record is true. Thirty seconds is the whole daily ask.
02. The honest count never resets
Your habit streak can break. Your integrity score counts consecutive days you sealed a true record, kept or missed. A bad day told truthfully still moves that number.
03. Yesterday closes
You can log today and yesterday. Older days lock. That stops the record turning into a cleaned-up story after the fact.
04. Your coach holds the pen
Only your coach adds, edits or removes habits. You choose what you are chasing; the coach designs the daily practice and rewrites it as your life changes.

The whole thing, shown.
The dashboard as a member sees it, what sealing a day looks like, what the coach reads, and why the system is deliberately small.
Boundary
Accountability coaching, not specialist care.
Momentum does not write medical treatment, therapy, nutrition plans or specialist training programmes. It sits underneath whatever qualified plan you already have and helps you follow the actions you chose.
